🧪 What an independent laboratory measured

All three flavours were tested by Centre Testing International (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., an accredited laboratory — CNAS L4157, CMA 241520340452. CNAS is a signatory to the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement. The samples were 20 intact 15g sticks of each flavour. Kopipets — Surplus Media Pte. Ltd. — commissioned the testing directly and is named on the reports as the applicant.

Crude fibre came back below the reporting limit (<1.0%) on all three, against a label maximum of ≤1.0%. Methods: crude protein GB/T 6432-2018 · crude ash GB/T 6438-2007 · crude fibre GB/T 6434-2022 · crude fat GB/T 6433-2025 · moisture GB/T 6435-2014.

Three things these reports do not do, and we would rather tell you than have you find out.

1. They are from September 2025. The samples were received on 1 September 2025 and the reports were issued on 8 September 2025. They describe the sticks tested then. If the pack you are holding came from a later production run, these reports do not cover it. We are arranging fresh testing.

2. Five items only. Crude protein, crude ash, crude fibre, crude fat and moisture. Melamine and salmonella were not tested on the treats — our canned range was tested for both, this range was not, and we are not going to let one range borrow the other's results. Heavy metals and aflatoxin were not tested either.

3. Taurine was not measured — including on the Tuna & Shrimp flavour, where our own description above mentions it. Taurine occurs naturally in fish and shellfish, but we have not put a number on it, so please read that line as a statement about the ingredients rather than a measured value.
