S$2.50 on orders below S$20. Free on orders of S$20 and above. The exact amount is shown at checkout. There are no separate handling, packing or fuel charges.
Order before 2pm on a working day and we deliver it the next day. Orders placed after 2pm are delivered the day after that.
We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday or on public holidays. If the delivery day would fall on a Sunday or a public holiday, we deliver on the next working day instead — so an order placed after 2pm on Saturday arrives on Monday.
We do not offer same-day delivery, and we do not offer a choice of delivery time slot.
We do. Kopipets runs its own vehicles and its own drivers out of our warehouse at JTC Space @ Tuas Biomedical Park in Tuas. Your order is not handed to a third-party courier network.
This is why we can give you a delivery day instead of a two-to-five-day window, why we can collect returns from your address at our own cost, and why, if you ask us where your order is, we can find out rather than send you to someone else's tracking page.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We replace or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we collect the item at our cost. Full details are in our Refund policy: https://kopipets.com.sg/policies/refund-policy
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before 2pm on the day the order is due to leave. After that the order is already loaded on a vehicle and we cannot redirect it.
