An enclosed drying box with two fans and a timer, in 62L and 82L. With the power off it works as an ordinary covered bed.

What it does

306 sold since May 2024. None has come back for repair.

As at 22 August 2026 we have sold 306 of these, and not one has been returned for a warranty repair.

That is 27 months against a 12-month warranty, so most of those units are now out of warranty and still have not come back. We think that is worth more than the word “durable”.

Two honest limits on that number. Zero warranty claims is not the same as zero faults — someone whose unit failed might simply have thrown it out rather than contact us, and we would never know. And a record can change. We will update this line as it does, including if it changes for the worse.

About the UV lamp

This model has a UV-C lamp. We checked whether it produces ozone, because some UV-C lamps do. It does not.

We have not measured what the lamp kills, so we do not call it sterilisation or disinfection. Those words need a laboratory number behind them, and we do not have one.

Run it with the box empty and the door closed, and never with a pet inside. The FDA's guidance on UV-C is direct: exposure of skin and eyes can cause painful eye injury and burn-like skin reactions, and you should never look at a UV-C lamp source, even briefly. That applies to you as much as to your pet.

What this is not

This is a drying box, not a grooming service and not a medical device. It will not calm an anxious animal — a pet that panics in an enclosed space will panic in this one too. Introduce it slowly with the door open and the fans off, and stop if your pet resists. Do not use it on a very young, very old, or unwell animal without asking your vet first.

Warranty

One year from delivery, handled locally in Singapore by us, not by a factory overseas. If we cannot repair it, we replace it. It covers manufacturing and component failure. It does not cover damage from misuse, liquid ingress, or chewing.

Delivery and returns

Free delivery. Order before 2pm on a working day and it arrives the next day. Saturdays yes, Sundays no. Returns come to our office and we pay the postage.
